About 916 Designs
Meet the Owner
Joe Kubick, Owner of 916 Designs, brings more than 15 years of experience in the real estate and residential construction industry.
Joe began his career in real estate in 2010, gaining firsthand experience in the buying, selling, and investment side of residential properties. In 2013, he expanded into home remodeling, where he developed a passion for transforming homes and a strong appreciation for the importance of quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and attention to detail.
In 2021, Joe took the next step by entering the new construction industry and founded 916 Designs with a simple goal: to build high-quality homes while providing clients with a building experience that is professional, transparent, and enjoyable from start to finish.
Joe's background in real estate, remodeling, and new construction provides a unique perspective on the entire home-building process. He understands not only how a home should be built, but also what makes a home functional, appealing, and valuable for the people who will ultimately live in it.
At 916 Designs, we believe building a new home should be about more than simply putting together a beautiful house. It's about building a home that is thoughtfully designed, carefully constructed, and built to stand the test of time. From the initial plans and selections to the final walkthrough, Joe places a strong emphasis on quality, craftsmanship, attention to detail, and clear communication.
We understand that building a home is one of the largest investments a person can make, and we believe our clients deserve to know what is happening throughout the process. That's why communication and accessibility are such an important part of the 916 Designs experience. Our goal is for clients to feel informed, comfortable, and confident every step of the way.
Whether you're building your first home, your forever home, or a custom home designed specifically around your lifestyle, Joe and the 916 Designs team are committed to making the process as smooth and rewarding as possible.
Quality homes. Thoughtful design. Attention to detail. Great communication.
That's the standard we strive for at 916 Designs.
